Re: Why Does Stopping High Dose Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) Cure ED in Older Men?

I believe the B8 (Inositol) would be the most suspicious actor here. In the side effects list headaches are right up there at the top of the list! Especially at 5 grams. My suspicions are that it maybe glucose related since it’s known to amplify the effects of insulin. It’s a good possibility that w...

Re: Why Does Stopping High Dose Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) Cure ED in Older Men?

First: PAM: Up your B5 intake, Choline head and body aches are 99% of the time caused by low B5 levels! So at 300 mg choline try a 250 mg B5 if still a problem x2 to 500mg B5. Francis; Right now I supervise a group of medical personnel for a very large organization. Retiring next year! YEA! Owen: Mo...

Re: Why Does Stopping High Dose Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) Cure ED in Older Men?

With regards to Choline and B5 ratio a 1 to 1 seems to be the standard. However if your mega dosing the B5 I would keep the choline between 1000 to 3000 mg. There seems to be some different ideas on this subject such as this one. “Three times as much choline as B-5 (for example, 500-1,000 mg of B-5 ...

Re: Why Does Stopping High Dose Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) Cure ED in Older Men?

Acetylcholine is the answer to your question! (HUH???) Q: Wait what does B5 have to do with that?? A: A LOT!!! In the body B5 binds to Choline to form Acetylcholine. Acetylcholine then stimulates and Feeds the nervous system especially the sexual response system. Q: But it’s when we quit taking B5? ...

Re: DMSO for the resolution of Adrenal Malfunction

Owen; I don’t know if Edoc would give his blessings to this product. It has a very STRONG Rose smell that is combined with DMSO and aleo. For joint relief, I used it quite a few times after working out to avoid the after effects of over doing it, It works excellent in avoiding the after effects with...

Echocardiogram would get you the best non-invasive, non radioactive idea of the overall function of the heart especially in relation to blood flow! If there’s no physical symp...

Re: German trying to use PT to lower Lp(a) without success

You could Ask your Good Professor when testing for levels of LP(a) what type of reagent they are using? If he says Glycerol. Then see if they ever tried using L-Proline as a reagent? A L-proline reagent causes LP(a) to separate from other lipoproteins and cluster and yield’s more accurate results es...

Re: Oddly High Lp(a) Measurements

However in 2010 (7 years after the above article) Marcovina in the J Clin Lip reference cited above states: "The conversion factor from mg/dL to nmol/L varies from 2.85 for a small Lp(a) size to 1.85 for a large one. Therefore, a factor of 3.5 is too high, and we suggest a mean conversion fact...

Re: Oddly High Lp(a) Measurements

If those numbers are correct - and you are not taking much vitamin C - then you would be lucky to be alive, much less able to walk across the room. I agree considering the measurement for LP(a) is µmol/L So with a level of 272 nmol/L would equal out to .272 µmol/L Converting .272 µmol/L to mg/dL eq...
