Re: Possible method to overcome Bowel Tolerance Limit

There is a book out called 'Why Stomach Acid is Good for You' by Jonathan Wright. If stomach acid is indeed essential to good health, then a protocol that constantly neutralizes all of your stomach acid is probably not a good idea for the long term.

Mercury? I would suggest viewing the videos by Dr Brownstein on this site:

Also, don't forget what we have learned from the Dr. Brownstein videos on this site. Iodine chelates mercury too.

Re: heart

I'm not surprised by the cardiologist's reasoning. He most likely has no clue that there is anything like the treatments that you are taking. If all of his patients have always gotten progressively worse with time, then in his mind, your condition must be slightly worse or much worse than what the 4...

Re: Pure Ascorbic Acid won't cure scurvy?

Absolutely false. The only reason Vitamin C is a vitamin at all is because humans do not synthesize it in their liver. Over 99% of earths species of animals do not get scurvy because they do make ascorbic acid in their livers. They do not synthesize bioflavonoids or any of those so-called 'C-complex...

There's a lot of info about magnesium on this site. The author seems to be focused on depression rather than blood pressure. I would assume that his recommendations in regards to bioavailability would be just as valid for BP as depression.

7. The vitamin E was synthetic in a soft jell capsule full of trans-fat.

I agree. It is best to gradually reduce the drugs. Suggest cutting to half a dose for a week, then doing the half dose every other day before stopping.

I don't consider the numbers you posted to be an 'improvement'.
You went from slightly high to dangerously low.
I would rather be at 237 than 129.

Dr. Graveline recommends a gradual reduction over a two week period.

Vitamin D: 1) does not block COQ10 production (statins do) 2) does not activate genes that destroy muscle (statins do) IS YOUR HEART A MUSCLE? 3) 5,000 IU Vitamin D caps cost 6 pennies a day - LIPITOR costs $2.50 to $3 a day 4) 7.62x39mm AK-47 cartridge 11 cents I'm a big fan of Vitamin D too. If you worry about cholesterol levels then you believe in the lipid theory of heart disease. On the other hand you take Vit C , Lysine and Proline, the therapy for those who believe in the Unified Theory of Heart disease. Interesting!
