Is lecithin a substitute?

Thanks for the reminder. Actually heard it on an other forum. Tried it and it worked.

Didn't tried with lecithin, and then I actually didn't saw a reason to continue with aspirin.

Should work as well, since it contains phosphatidylcholine too. However, there are some webside which claim that Polyenylphosphatidylcholine (PPC) would work much better. Haven't mentioned a difference otherwise.

Maybe a search would find more hinds? https://www.google.at/search?q=Polyenyl ... 8geOyKn4CQ

True that, I researched much last night...
I get plenty from my quick "lipo" AA concoction.

Started bee propolis yesterday. At about 100 to 200 gr / kg dose seems appropriate for oxidative stress relief. I have a very bad infection for 2 weeks now. It is a natural antibiotic! Many studies to read. Thanks Johnwen.
Started Zithromax too.
I got the Solaray plus version & mix it with some straight propolis for now. It is scarce until spring.

I would need $ 150 worth for a year from a local bee keeper.
