What does Rath have to do with Calcium?

See post why we recommend adding vitamin K to vitamin C/lysine http://vitaminc.foundation/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=11891

Depending on the anti-clotting drugs you may be on, you may want to start with the K2 version.

As we have repeated here, vitamin C and lysine can reverse "soft" atheromas/atherosclerosis, but when the arteries harden (we believe usually on the cracks on the outside of the artery (as it if were a pipe) the answer is vitamin K. We also don't know the time frame, but it looks like vitamin K can make arteries less calcified within a year.

Are you taking or have you ever taken a vitamin K supplement? (From the score, I doubt it)

Are you now taking or have you ever taken blood "thinner" drugs such as warfarin (From the score, I suspect so)

Then we can learn from your case. My wife and I both take one Super-K daily, and our calcium scores are zero. The late William Decker, founder of Tower Labs, added vitamin K after his vitamin C/lysine product did not lower his arterial stiffness measure (or blood pressure). This is how we discovered that vitamin K, even low dose, works. But the time between his measurements was one year.

I don't know if you can get another CT scan soon, I know that Sams Club used to sponsor low-cost Fast-CT scans.. but it would be very interesting to see the picture of what is happening to your calcium.

Also note that intestinal flora manufacture a large part of the body's vitamin K requirement. What this means is that if you take antibiotics (without then taking probiotics to replenish the flora) that might lead to a vitamin K deficiency severe enough to lead to calcification. Antibiotics might cause hard arteries.
