Sour grapes!?! The man is fighting for his life. I think we can cut him some slack. Surely it's not your goal to drive away people like him that need help?

Sometimes I believe it is his goal...
Troll behavior

Thank you for this post.
I think you have a good point about BT and dosage.
I was talking to a biochemist VC fan & he thought BT rises as lysine dosing goes up.

I take mg "oil". Spraying or rubbing on my legs & body. If is stings it means I need it. If no tingling then I have enough. I do it at night sometimes just the relax & get to sleep. Sometimes if I neglect it or am under physical stress, a spray stops cramping in seconds.

In the morning I usually spray myself.
I take no calcium.
Vegan is impossible for some, me too.

I do the same thing. Mag chloride is reasonably priced. Mix it in equal amounts hot water to dissolve. Then put it in a spray bottle. I spray it on let it soak in then wipe dmso on top. It is great for sore muscles.

So you spray magnesium on your skin as opposed to orally

Yes. I've read that both internal and external is the best way to get your magnesium. The dmso whisks it in and it's almost instant pain relief for aches and pains.

Check out this study about mag orotate. Might be the best form for heart problems. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18281113

Yes but that form has good heart benefits. Mag threonate penetrates the blood brain barrier. Mag chloride and sulfate get absorbed into muscle. So different forms get used differently. Do some research and you'll find the best for you. All mag is not created equal.

The article mentions magnesium orotate, is it similar to the threonate? This is very confusing. I currently take the doctors best magnesium glycinate/lysinate chelate form and wonder if I should be taking more than one form and if the one I take now is okay, ideas?
