Or CNN. CNN did an entire hour called the last heart attack hosted by their medical Dr. Sanjey Gupta. They had Dr. Esselstyn and Dean Ornish on and showed how plant based diet reversed heart disease. i just can't believe that he can't get some kind of national attention somewhere here in the USA.

I don't think most would argue that a plant based diet is healthy if you make sure to get enough protein and a few other nutrients. I know you said you were on one before, what's stopping you now? I don't mean to sound judgmental, I'm just curious. Is it too hard or impractical? Lol, I don't think I could do it unless it was life or death.

Protein is never an issue on plant based diet. It's myth about how protein a human needs and every plant, bean, vegetable has protein. In fact there us no case of protein deficiency. ...unless you are dying of starvation lol

You haven't abandoned it completely though? You're still eating healthy, right? I guess ultimately a good diet is one you stick to.
