Mother facing Bypass

Post Number:#1  Post by ofonorow » Tue Dec 11, 2007 6:49 am

My mother is about to have a bypass surgery.

3 blocked arteries and a two replacement valves the mitral and one other.

Searched on internet and found chelation and then found yourselves - which
was similiar to an article i read in what Doctors dont tell you.

Confused about what I should order for my mother and how much she should take each day and whether she should still take her heart and diabeties tablets and if she should go ahead with the operation. Please advice by return as urgent.
Thanks very much

M.N. - UK

Yours is a very difficult question to answer. You might ask the doctors their opinion of the risk in delaying the surgery. Also, you might tell them that you would rather try the non-toxic Pauling Therapy first, and if that doesn't work, then resort to surgery.

Find vitamin C and lysine as pills and immediately begin giving your Mother as much as she can tolerate. Start slowly, every 4 hours with one (1) 500 mg tablet of each - ordinary vitamin C as ascorbic acid and 1 pill of lysine. If she tolerates 1 vit C/1 lysine tablet every 4 hours without gas/diarrhea, then on day two or three, increase to 2 tablets of each (1000 mg of vitamin C and lysine). Slowly keep increasing the dosage until she experiences a gastric reaction, then back of 500 or 1000 mg per day.

Even if she goes through surgery, the extra lysine and C will help her
heal faster and improve her chances of surviving the operation with
minimal ill effects.

Now, there are other nutrients too, such as vitamin E, magnesium and CoQ10, but the key nutrient is vitamin C, followed closely by lysine.

The issue with the bypass is best explained in the excellent book by board-certified cardiologist Thomas Levy, MD, JD STOP AMERICA'S #1 KILLER livonbooks.com If the plaque is old and involved, a bypass might be the best answer.

However, you can't undo a bypass, so I think you should make every effort to see what kind of relief you mother expeiences from the above protocol.

Thanks

They are taking an xray of the veins in the neck and if they are very furred up to the brain then the specialist at Staffordshire Hospital said that doing the heart was a waste of time.

So your Vitamin C may be the only answer to my mum as she will just gradually die.

Is IV Chelaton treatment advisable along side the vit C etc or the angioprim advertised on the web as a little confused.

I will try and get some [vitamin C/lysine] n the meantime from a health shop - any particular vit C??

Thanks again (did not expect anyone to answer on a Sunday)

Kindest Regards
M.

It has been awhile since I researched Angioprim, but the last time I checked, they told their customers to also take "vitamin C and lysine" - which is good advice. (There are other issues, not the least of which is the lack of any scientific basis to their formula, etc.)

My recommendation is the same. See how much vitamin c and lysine your Mom can tolerate as pills every 4 hours before ordering from the states. A pill with the fewest fillers, skip products marked "natural", and you want either ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate.

Also the entire protocol is here:

magnesium especially important for correcting irregular heart beats

Thanks for your help Owen.

Trying and mum read your emails and now she is doing it - but she thinks I am a little strange. :?

Could be going in Xmas Eve for the Op and the Consultants said that without this she will be feel sick and dizzy every day and would be dead in 12 months.

So increasing interest rapidly .

Will let you know what happened - but I have told mum that all this will help with the success of the operation even though the surgeon is OK with it he does not think it will have any effect.

But Hey Hoy I have been doing it too and I feel 100% better.

Thanks again

Mary

I'm glad to hear that the surgeon is on board. Most people don't tell their doctors to avoid the inevitable "hassle". So the doctors think the drugs they are prescribing are responsible for the positive results, and wind up prescribing more drugs (which many patients aren't taking, but tell their doctors they are to keep them happy!)

I haven't posted all the correspondence of late, but here is what the daughter sent today!

So shall I increase to two rounds teaspoons 4 times a day.

She has made a wonderful recovery and now is back in her flat and I am amazed!!!!!

She has only had Vit C to date.

Cheers
