Knowledge of Health, Inc. Blog - February 11, 2008: Quercetin, a natural molecule found in onions, apple peel and other fruits, has been found to inhibit niacin-induced flush by 96% at a 1000 mg human dose. Aspirin reduced niacin flush by 30%. [British Journal Pharmacology Jan 28, 2008]
