HI,
I was visiting several reviews of Vitamins and amino-acids, and there were several warnings about L-Lysine raising your cholesterol levels and to avoid it with high cholestrol?
No wonder so many people are getting sick in the US.

Hear LINUS PAULING tell you how much Lysine to take and that it is not toxic:

Pauling was the first to reference a study that seemed to show this "effect" in laboratory animals, and if memory serves, the work was done at Loma Linda.

Pauling was just being thorough.

However, after I personally begin adding lysine to my regimen - which closely matches Pauling's recommendations in HOW TO LIVE LONGER AND FEEL BETTER (1986) my cholesterol DROPPED 20 points, from 180 mg/dl to the current 160 mg/dl, and that does have been concerned, for my cholesterol seems a bit too low.
