Thank you for giving us the useful links. I have taken circa 6 grams/day of vitamine C for 15 years, but I've always been depressed. I've been treated with paxil for about one year with very good results and no side effects. So I would like to ask you if you think I should increase my vitamine C intake. I've been working very hard and have no time to study the subject by myself. My doctor is very good, but she does not believe that megadosis of vitamins could improve depression symptoms, except for the B1 and B6. In addition, vitamine C is expensive in my country.
