Bronchitis and dosing

This forum will focus on the interesting topic of titrating oral vitamin C intake to so-called bowel tolerance, the point just prior to the onset of diarrhea

Bronchitis and dosing

Post Number:#1  Post by Martin8463 » Sun Nov 26, 2017 4:01 am

Hello, I have had bronchitis for a week now. In the beginning I took around 30 grams of vitamin C a day and then increased my daily intake up to 50g I think and reached my bowel tolerance. The strange thing is, that I am relatively ok now, coughing just a bit in the morning but my bowel tolerance has increased and currently I am taking 2 grams every 30 minutes, so now I eat maybe 60 grams a day.

So my question is, what should I do, stay on 60 grams a day or increase my intake?
And if to increase, should I increase the frequency to let´s say 2g per 25 min or just increase my dosage?

What would you suggest?

Thanks
