This forum will focus on the interesting topic of titrating oral vitamin C intake to so-called bowel tolerance, the point just prior to the onset of diarrhea

What would you do next?

If you reach bowel tolerance and still have whatever symptoms were bothering you,
would you

1. take more C tomorrow
2. take C tomorrow, but not as much
3. try something else
4. both 2 and 3
5. none of the above

Thank you for playing :)

First of all you shouldnt expect VC to cure everything. There are a myriad of nutrients essential to life and vit C is not interchangeable with them. Your body needs not only ALL essential nutrients but in ample supply to not only support current optimal function but excess to repair damage caused by past shortages.

Thank you Exitium, I will take that as a vote for option "4" :)

How I wish there was a simple test for all of the nutrients.
