Definately had Bowel Intolerance today

Took my normal Cardio-C at 6Am 2500 plus 2 capsules of C
Then I took my normal 1 teaspoon of China Free C at 9:45 4000 mg
Then I took another teaspoon at 11:15 and my stomach has been exploding ...ugh to them to close together I guess

Glad you finally tried it to see how much you could tolerate. What was the total amount?

I think I posted it above, but it wasn't the official bowel tolerance test. Does anyone have the link for it

What dosage was the capsules?

11.5 grams over 5 hours must mean you don't have any serious issues.

My point was just in your case with you worrying about dental issues this should put your mind at ease. I am not an expert but from what I have read people with infections of the mouth need much higher doses.
