Does anybody have an explanation for experiencing (light) chest pain a few hours after taking Ginkgo Biloba?
Thank you.

Could it be moving around plaque in your arteries which it couldn't do before due to narrowing of arteries?

Tangy, thank you for your reply.
It was also my idea (or maybe my 'wishful thinking') that the pain means that the Ginkgo is actually doing something in terms of blood supply to the heart.

Please take mega doses of vitamin c with lysine and proline so that it removes the plaque. Serrapeptase and Nattokinase will also help. You don't want plaque moving around in your arteries, you want it dissolved.

I took serrapeptase and nattokinase for about one year, but did not feel anything, so I stopped taking it. The same happened with vit C and Lysine/proline. I took > 5 grams per day but stopped with those amounts after approx. 1 year. Since then I take about 1 gram of each per day.

why so little?
what harm can come from taking a lot?

I lost a lot of fat about 5 yrs ago, eating fruit, broccoli, and eggwhites(and lifting heavy, doing a lot of walking)

never had any problems(I didnt know about PT)

After experiencing chest pain when I take Ginkgo Biloba, I decided to use an all natural home remedy to clean up my arteries and improve the circulation in my legs and hands. I am now taking 50 ml of a home made lemon and garlic drink twice a day. In addition I take 500 mg of liposomal vitamin C and 1000 mg Lysine twice per day. Already I start to feel the difference in terms of athletic performance. My legs don't get tired and painful anymore on my standard cycling tour, which I ride three times per week.
Will adding a collagen supplement be even better for my arteries?
