I have been thinking of creating my own meal replacement powder blend including blueberry powder as well as others I think would be beneficial. It would be something I would do daily for lunch since I don't eat much then. I have not found much information on people making their own but several expensive products exist. If I gathered around 10 different powders I seemingly could have a very nutritious meal all year around.
