Costs $169 per year to read this article intended for New Zealand docs. Here is the little I could see from google..

A couple of years ago there was intense media coverage claiming that high-dose intravenous vitamin C was responsible for saving the life of a critically ill intensive care patient with swine flu. As a result of this, with the active encouragement of ...

It makes sense for them to hide what they say behind a price tag. I also would certainly want to hide how utterly stupid I am.

It brings me to a webpage that says I'm not logged in and that my access is denied.

Van, I accessed it with no problem the other day but now I get the same result as you did. They must have found the weakness in that link and corrected it.

Thanks. Very helpful. I suspect I'll be hearing soon about copyright issues

But, as we work to resolve this, let us not exploit the vulnerable by making categorical and, I think, deceitful claims for the efficacy of high-dose intravenous vitamin C.

The more scientific approach, of course, is to encourage the experimental study of this very safe, very low cost, and probably extremely efficacious option!

More humility from all of us might be the best way to resolve disputes like this.

No it's not. The best way is by trying it. And maybe studying the science that exists.

Idiots.
