I feel sick; I need your advice pronto.

I have flu-like symptoms, which I have not had in a long time, so I am overdue for a bad case.

I read somewhere on this site that we should not take simple carbs while doing our massive Vitamin C ingestions; however, I can't bear the taste of home made sodium ascorbate anymore and want to take my large doses of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid powder) with plain unsweetened apple juice, somewhat diluted.

I sure hope this is okay, as I feel awful.

Hope to hear back. I'm going to bed now.

Thanks for your recommendation, joanna. I will look up Heart Tech, but I don't have heart issues so was wondering if this product would maybe have some side effects. Thanks.
