DIY liposomal and bowels

Post Number:#1  Post by primordialsoup » Fri Apr 29, 2016 7:36 am

Does DIY liposomal have bowel effects? I know it's just an emulsion and not a true liposome, but does emulsifying it keep it from effecting the bowels, or do you still have to worry about bowel tolerance with the DIY stuff?

I have to challenge you on this statement first.

Why would you bother making an emulsion if your intent is to make liposomes?

Don't challenge me. I didn't come up with it. I read it on this site. Under the list of products, of you click on the True Liposomes link, there's a blurb about homemade liposomes being emulsions.

My intent is to get some C into myself without worrying about getting the shits. I'm taking the commercial liposomal C now, but my last name isn't Rockefeller, so that's where I'm at. Hell, I'd mix C with dog food if it means I won't s##t myself into a coma.

Thanks OxC. So it looks like the emulsion would help some by slowing things down, but I could still over do it and effect my bowels. Good to know.

I just think its ignorant to think you can't make perfectly decent liposomal C. Also, I don't think its a good idea to perpetuate the lie that the liposomal C companies would want everyone to believe.

If you want to continue believing you can't DIY stop calling it liposomal C and start calling it vitamin C emulsion and post in another forum group.

Why not just make good liposomal C? Have you not read this forum group at all?
