TAM-818 Molecule Now Available in America

The 1Truth818 serum, to be distributed in in the U. S market by Immortal Cell Sciences, is based on Nobel Prize winning science that aims to stop aging completely by mid-2016. After $33 million worth of scientific research, Telomerase Activating Molecule 818 was developed – and with the technology to lengthen Telomeres by 16% it’s the furthest science has come in making skin younger. Let’s be clear, that’s not look or feel younger, but actually be younger.

March 2015 Naperville, IL

As cells divide, their chromosomes get shorter. This is because the DNA sequences at both ends of a chromosome, called telomeres, shrink in length every time the DNA is copied. James Watson, who had resolved the structure of the DNA molecule along with Francis Crick, pointed out a perplexing circumstance. The established theory of how DNA was copied before cell division could not be reconciled with the fact that DNA strands have ends. Try as they might, the researchers could not figure out how the DNA strands could be copied without losing bits off their ends. After repeated replication and shortening, the genes and cells would be damaged.

This quandary, known as the end-replication problem, was elegantly resolved by the discoveries of Elizabeth H. Blackburn, Carol W. Greider and Jack W Szostak who were awarded the 2009 Nobel Prize in medicine. Their team discovered the enzyme Telomerase which grows short telomeres.

All human DNA contains the instructions for making telomerase, but in most cells these instructions are turned off. So-called Telomerase Activators, as the name implies, turns on these enzymes in cells.

According to Telomere Timebombs author Ed Park, MD, “A telomerase activator can theoretically cure aging and in fact, I am confident that is exactly what it does.” When the gene that is used to make telomerase enzyme is expressed, the resulting growth in telomeres effectively reverses the aging process.

Bill Andrews, the chief scientist at Sierra Sciences, recently told a group that after $33 million worth of scientific research, Telomerase Activating Molecule 818 was developed. “Our assay ranks its hits on a Telomerase Induction Scale from 0 to 100. Zero represents a chemical that induces no telomerase and 100 represents a chemical that induces as much telomerase as Henrrieta Lack's HeLa cells generate – which makes a cell effectively immortal.”

“Several stood out and were grouped together into 39 different families. ‘818’, part of the group known as ‘Family Five’ was the strongest of all the compounds discovered.” Dr. Andrews and his team used a technique known as medicinal chemistry to enhance the effectiveness and potency of the ‘818’ molecule. “We had taken the best telomerase inducer ever discovered, and almost tripled its potency in only a few months.”

“1Truth818 with the technology to lengthen Telomeres by 16% it’s the furthest science has come in making skin younger. Let’s be clear, that’s not look or feel younger, but actually be younger,” said Andrews.

A clinical trial of 100 people found an increase in skin firmness by 20.33%, a reduction in crows feet and forehead wrinkles by 11% and 14.04% respectively and an improvement in skin smoothness by 12.53% and 9.63% in the forehead and eye areas, all after just 30 days.

Andrews admits to being surprised by the test results. “When 1Truth was applied to one hand, that hand would turn young while the other remained older looking.” The 1Truth818 product has garnered world-wide attention and sold out the first day.

The new company Immortal Cell Sciences has been launched to distribute the most powerful telomerase activation (TA) molecule known to science. According to Immortal's founder and CEO Owen R Fonorow,“ We have accepted the proposition that the telomere shrinking problem must be solved for the extension of human life span. As our telomeres shorten, we age. Nothing else will stop that. No supplement or exercise program or healthy life style.“

Ed Park points out that even young people can benefit from Telomerase Activators. They may even work faster and be more cost effective for persons age 20 then persons age 60. For one reason, their telomeres are already longer and telomeres do not over grow, i.e. they stop growing at about 10,000 base pairs, or the length of a teenager.

“It is the prospect of rejuvenation, e.g., hair regrowth and recoloring, in the middle aged and perhaps even the elderly that excites Fonorow.

Last Thursday, Sydney’s beauty media filed into the QT Hotel for the Australian launch of a revolutionary new skincare product, leaving with a far greater understanding of the science behind ageing, and how it can be stopped. The 1Truth818 serum, to be distributed in Australian salons by Inskin Cosmedics, is based on Nobel Prize winning science that aims to stop aging completely by mid-2016.

First of all, I don't like the link above because it prevents the browser from going back (eg. here to the forum  ) I couldn't find anything. If you have a direct link to the juicy science part, I will take a look.

But to the idea of "growth factors." Just on those words, growth requires cell division. The skin supposedly replaces itself every 7 days, at least the surface, so the issue boils down again to short telomeres. Just creating new skin won't help the aged if the telomeres are short. (Now skin cells that are spawning new skin cells my have telomerase, but we do recognized that people are old because of their skin appearance.)

Thank you for the links. This is a little out of our pervue, but I did watch the first part of the video, and like other stem cell therapies, one would expect this to work, especially since there is an understanding that skin cells die and are recreated (by stem cells) every 7 days.

In fact, this turnover in the skin is the fastest in the body, implying so much cell division that makes it seem likely that skin stem cells (which create new skin cells) would shorten their telomeres at a very rapid rate. Logically, this means that these cells must be able to express telomerase (or somehow grow their telomeres - the skin stem cells) more than other cells in the human body. But eventually, people start to look old, meaning the stem cells are wearing out and dying, so this technology of replacing what a worn out stem cell in the human body would be making if healthy, no doubt improves appearance.

In theory, a method of maintaining or lengthening your own skin stem cells telomeres, would prevent them from wearing out, making this procedure unnecessary. But we are apparently not there yet.
