Reduce Acidity of Ascorbic Acid

Post Number:#1  Post by soflsun » Sun Sep 03, 2017 4:12 pm

Hello, If i want to continue Pauling therapy but reduce the acidity, should i just add baking soda?

If so, please let me know how much to add to the mixture.

Thank you.

That's what Linus Pauling did. You can read about how much he added in HOW TO LIVE LONGER AND FEEL BETTER (1986). From memory, his 9000 mg would be about 2 teaspoons of ascorbic acid, and to that he added one teaspoon of baking soda.

Could also consider mixing it with potassium bicarbonate. Another nutrient most people dont get near enough of.
