so I watched a docmentary, SCience of fasting
and why its better than just eating less
this is about health, not about just longevity, but quality of life
did evolution make animals that eat all the time,? constantly? how long do you go between meals? lesss than 3 hours?
and this reminds me very much of Vit C and big pharma hating vit C
russia did 10K studies on fasting with people and show how great, many days of fasting is on the body
the studies are still in russian and no studies in america are being done, cause who wants to pay for that?
