Moved this from heart disease. I understand you are looking for help with an anti-toxin vitamin C protocol.

Pathogens produce toxins, and vitamin C is by its nature, one of the best "anti toxins." Dr. Levy's book PRIMAL PANACEA offers a theory why Vitamin C works against all toxins. He argues that all toxins steal electrons, and that is why enough vitamin C works to neutralize toxins by donating electrons. (where enough vitamin C is different for every person and/or toxin). In your case, you are up to 80 grams (at one time???) bowel tolerance. You may need more during the day.

Cathcart had experience that his patients sometimes reached 200+ grams, e.g. mononucleosis. You might only be about half of what you need.

So the first step is finding and hitting your bowel tolerance. And the more ascorbic acid you can take, the more likely it will enter the blood stream intact (from our bioavailability experiments.)

Others may have other "anti toxin" ideas, e.g. iodine...

Should I do this everyday??
I have found that if I mix it with food I feel very bad.
I take sodium ascorbate now foods powder

I take activated charcoal at no gur to help bilbao nd the toxins... is that a good thing I am doing?? Thank you

Yes, and probably take more vitamin C throughout the day. You could probably repeat the procedure in 4 to 12 hours.

Unless the toxin is being re-generated, at some point you should be able to overcome it, and your bowel tolerance will drop. Less C will be required for the bowel movement. Charcoal a good idea.

Should I do the 80 grams in the morning in 3 devided doses and then more throughout the day?

Is there any post I could see the basics of vitamin C??
Is it ok the now foods ascorbate from nOW FOODS??

What do you mean by UNLESS the toxin is being re-generated??
I am eager to educate myself on all of this....

Not an expert, but what makes a pathogen is its ability to expel toxins as waste products. (Friendly bacteria do not emit toxins). So if the pathogens are still alive, they would be "regenerating" toxins, at least in theory. Knowing the nature of the pathogen can help decide how to get rid of it - but the point is that pathogens and the toxins they emit are separate issues. High vitamin C will neutralize the toxins, and yes you should take as much as you can tolerate. NOW foods is an excellent brand, in my opinion.

That is a wonderful explanation!
Thank you!
Do you think that in my case the botulinium toxin can regenerate itself??

The other thing is that my 85 grams daily I take from sodium ascorbate from now foods
Gives me nausea, bloating and terrible air..

Any guggestions from that???

Might consider regular intravenous IV/C - which would avoid all those digestive issues.
Try smaller doses more frequently.
Add charcoal supplement.
