Going to ask this question again

Do we have to take Vitamin C in the form of powder or can we take capsules? I've been doing the powder for 10 weeks now and don't mind the cardio C with lysine and proline but the pure vitamin powder is harsh on the throat. So if I could take capsules sometimes that would help.
Thanks
Ken

I hope you are using a straw when consuming Vitamin C powder, as the acid in C might strip away of your enamel.

We don't have a lot of experience, but in theory, so long as the vitamin C is mostly ascorbic acid, it should not matter whether the vitamin is taken down the throat encased in a gelatin capsule. (In fact, this should make it EASIER to take the vitamin C as ascorbic acid - so as to not irritate the throat/esophagus.)
The way to find out is to repeat our bioavailability experiments with 10 grams in capsules using a ascorbate-sensitive glucose meter.

OMG I haven't been, usually rinse my mouth out with water then brush teeth, is that enough?
Never used a straw to drink vitamin C. I don't understand why they can't make capules with 3 or 4 grams in them so we don't have to drink so much liquid every day

I wouldnt brush my teeth
use a water pic, if anything
brushing teeth is just going to grind the vit C or food against the tooth and cause more harm than good

According to the Mayo Clinic, if you've consumed anything acidic, you should avoid brushing your teeth for at least 30 minutes. Foods containing citric acid, like oranges, grapefruits and lemons, weaken tooth enamel. Brushing too soon after eating them can damage the enamel in its weakened state.
That's just fucking great, I've been brushing my teeth after I drink the vitamin C..... What the hell are we supposed to do this fucking insane already
